Scumbria, I'm sure you are aware that had she recused herself, the new few people in line were Democrats...

Let's figure the fairest way to decide this election then fix it so no partisanship can taint the next one...Doesn't that seem logical to you?

I think we need to resolve it, move on, and make sure it doesn't fall into partisan hands or Lawyer hands again...
