I am convinced that Harris tried to prevent the circus that ended up occurring, anyway. Perhaps she was biased. Perhaps she was trying to maintain order. Was Butterworth any better (objectively speaking)?

I still think she's been attacked more than she reasonably deserves.

I think the one thing we've learned is that we are partisan to one degree or another. I can honestly say that I want Gov. Bush as President more than I did on election day.

We've seen Katherine Harris reject the Palm Beach County recounts because they were going to be submitted a couple of hours after the deadline. If Palm Beach County was looking to favor George Bush, then probably she would have accepted the recounts after the deadline, and decided she was using her discretion.

We've seen the FLSSC overrule decisions by many different judges, and let's be honest, the majority was reflecting bias to the Democratic party. They issued a 70 page opinion in a little over 24 hours. Does anyone think the majority wasn't working on this before they heard the case?

And let's look at the USCC: Last week, Supreme Court Justice Breyer said, "...if we win..." Clearly bias. And on the other side, Justice Scalia basically said on Saturday that the recounts wouldn't have been stopped if the USCC didn't think Gov. Bush had a case. Clearly bias.

We're entering a foggy area. I think the Electoral College will hand us the next surprise.

Let's hope we can come together after this is all over.
