I still like the idea of the local canvassing boards making the decisions. "Think globally, act locally" and all that. But I think you are right about the Supreme's. OK, but it's not as fair as spreading the same standard statewide. I realize the USSC would have to create new law to make it a "fair" looking hand recount. If they don't want to enact new law then chances are they will just say..."the certification after 7 days stands...fix it next time..." That's my take...kind of makes it simple but someone needs to take it out of the Lawyers hands. Jim
