They won't pull out. This company will die. Major problems for this company: Too many legal problems. More legal issues waiting for them. Rumors indicate that their books are showing double to three times what their numbers should really be. ISPs, CLECs, and other DSL seller are refusing to sell Northpoint DSL because they feel they have been backstabbed. Company employee moral is awful. Management is having internal problems. No company is willing to help or get involved with Northpoint, since no company wants to disrupt their own business with their ISP, CLEC, and VAR type of customers. No one wants to become an executive for this company for obvious reasons. If we could have gone below zero on share price, we would have for this company.
