Since BTRN's stem cell interests are in Australia, they might benefit from a Bush presidency, it seems to me.

You might add GCOR to your list. They're trying to become a gene discovery and functional genomics platform provider (isn't everybody?) but they currently have sales of enzymes, so I'd consider that "trickle".

Regarding AGNT, I have yet to delve into that one to figure out what the difference is between parallel chemistry and combinatorial chemistry. If there's no difference then we have another DVSA/SMMX/MAXY type of company. But AGNT sells instruments, which the others don't, to my knowledge.
