I entered ES and selected March 2001 and it reads "ES F 200103 USD Globex ES" - Is this correct?

Yes, you are correct.

Mark,

Under the Settings menu, what are "Big Scale Prices" and "Big Scale Sizes"?

Big Scale Prices I assume is a hold-over from the old TWS, where it changed the increments in the price menu you get when you left click on price from linear to graded, increasing as you moved away from current price. With the smaller size increments allowed in the Java version, I assume Big Scale Sizes does the same thing for size.
