The standard should be that the chad has to be at least 1/2
(two corners) should be unhinged.

Changing the rules after the election shouldn't even be
considered.

You want to put some serious coin on which way this is going to go ... in light of Scalia halting the recount?

Repubs screamed "Partisan court! Partisan court!" when the Florida Supreme Court issued its ruling on Friday. Now you are strangely silent after Scalia and the Gang of Five in D.C. has one-upped Florida in a decision that will live for scores of years.

It is my opinion that Scalia might be the next U.S. Supreme Court justice to resign. I believe he fancies himself as president of the United States some day. He has a huge ego.
