That makes thing interesting as part of the arguments made by the Bush lawyers rested on the premise that the original decision of the FSC was invalid. The part of the Rep arguments based on ther original decision are now invalidated unless the USCC reverses or vacates the clarification from the FSC? Yep I know they have other arguments.
