you too(sarcasm i think put aside)---we are in touchy times---for me,when SC rushed to establish that STAY,it was a shocker for me,and i am sure for Jesse also. Why such anxiousness to stop the count, when it could easily be challenged after the fact.
The swiftness of the STAY and immediately overiding the Atlanta appeals court refusal to stop count, went over badly with me.
Scalia's opinion expressing that he believed this vote count could cause the applicant(Bush) severe damage, and that damage being that it would not be good for the future president(Bush) to have a vote standing that might show him as not the winner in Florida, just had a repressive ring, imo.max p.s. i would think the best solution now would be to send it back to Florida SC and require that they set a uniform standard for counting the undervote, rather than crushing the the vote count outright.(but i think the worst case is likely, they just crush it,now)
Whatever,Dershowitz(love him when he is on my side, and blowing steam off when he is against me),has promised us scandals down the road on all this--we will see.max
