What I'm saying is that the Democratic machine is getting lots of ignorant people to vote the Democratic party line -- or at least they are trying to.

The going price for votes in my territory is around $5.00 each when the going gets tough. And it was tough in Florida.

Unfortunately, in some areas the Democrats had a vote failure rate of over 1/3.

Two votes for $15.00?

Now, that's dumb. When you buy a vote you make sure the person knows how to deliver. The only excuse is scraping the bottom of the bar-bucket.
