kv...not really....the last thing I was concerned about was wiping off chads from the back of my ballot....and I believe most people felt the same way..it simply wasn't on my mind at all as I voted...perhaps if some big sign was on the door or we were personally told to be aware of this...only then, I guess would most of us have taken the time to clean the back of the ballot...those who blame us for not seeing the sign are simply proclaiming spin...there were no really visible signs which I could see doc
