Please don't start insulting or I will have to return the favor by pointing out how ignorant you are of Judge Saul's ruling.

The ruling pointed out the fact that the Gore team had the burden to prove there were legal votes in those undervotes.
Nation wide the undervote averages 2%. In Florida the average was 1.9% yet in this case there were only 1.6% undervotes. This fell well within the expected numbers and so they failed to prove any irregularities or present any reason to believe these undervotes were anything other than a true no vote.

With no proof of rejection of legal votes, there was no legal basis for a handcount. So please stop calling other people dense when it appears you are unfamiliar with the ruling.
