Yes... when even the top analyst for the company's investment bank goes negative, that's about as low as it gets... some refer to it as a form of "capitulation" that must occur before the stock can rally back to the upside.

However, read from the IBs point of view, they would like you to sell so they can accumulate for their clients.

Later on, when they upgrade the stock, they will be selling those cheap shares their client picked up, back to the small fry who buy on these analyst upgrades.
