So use the "same rules", they already exist. Holding a
ballot up to the light, looking for a dimple or a hole or
whatever.....come on now! If it's punched out it counts!
If not, it doesn't count! SAME RULES! :o)

Maybe the stylus mark was put on ballots before they were given to the voter. The voter votes for anyone and their votes are counted as such. If they do not, it's a vote for Gore. Of course this is dishonest and fraudulent and will be but the tip of the iceberg in Florida. The real over-vote in Florida, if not the nation will be illegitimate and illegal votes cast not double punches.
