John Q Public,
Did anyone else notice the Rather slanted evening news on CBS?
I found it quite different from FOX or even MSNBC during the afternoon.
For example they focused on statements like "the Supreme Court will have credibility problems from their halting of the recount". Most of their interviews seemed to have this slant.

They also indicated a poll 53/47% Supreme Court intervention in the Florida election while other polls I have seen are more in favorable. For instance Netscape with near a half million polled is 60/40 in favor of Supreme Court intervening.

To top it off, they noted that "the markets hardly noticed the election news today, closing up". Yeah Right!

I gather they think most folks are Rather Stupid.

I'm Rather Glad I don't usually watch network TV!

Best Regards,

Roebear
