If 2000 felons voted when it wasn't legal for them to vote their vote shouldn't count. I have seen much larger and much smaller figures used to describe the amount of felons that voted. I have also read that the problem originated when Harris put out a list of felons that was mostly people who were minority democrats which were not felons. The counties had to throw the list out because of it's inaccuracies.
