You are probably right: <<I have been told that they are not available under the Freedom of Information Act.>> Ballots would probably be classed like working papers. The state of Florida would be well-advise to shred the sorry mess, else they'll be handled so many times that the dimples will start showing light through them. If the ballots don't fall apart first, that is.

Neocon and All~ Does anyone know of a site that would show the TOTAL number of uncounted absentee ballots in every State in the United States....(i.e. California with over 1,000,000 uncounted...) Since all the other votes seemed to be close across the country...wonder just how much difference these make with the total popular vote count. Of course, Electoral votes are the ones that count.

We'd all better hope that every vote that was tallied was really completed by a live person, who was properly registered to vote, and who was a citizen of the USA.

I would presume the ballots would be the property of the counties. Alteration of the ballots (to either manufacture a scandal or to coverup one) could only be done by those having custody of the ballots. I have doubts that such efforts would be undertaken.
