Now there's compassionate conservatism. I consider you generally one of the more reasonable of Bush's supporters, at least compared to Cyber and bullwinkle. Now, extrapolating your comment to the likes of some of Bush's supporters, I bet the Secret Service probably feels their work will be a lot easier if Bush wins.

Greg, I think you missed this one. Valley's allusion to "driving a stake through the heart" was only meant as a metaphor to the seemingly vampire-like way in which Al Gore seems to stay around. I took it as nothing more than colorful writing. You seem to see it as a veiled, or not so veiled, threat. There really isn't a ammo dump in every conservative's garage, just like there isn't a picture of Marx under every liberal's pillow.
