Yeah I'm sure, saw a History Channel program on the Gulf War about a month ago where they talked with all the decision makers. Bush said he never had a plan to go further and it was turning into a killing field. Said he has no regret. Evidence has since shown there wasn't as many people in the vehicles on the road to death as first thought. Some commands knew that on the battlefield and were very upset they had to stop.
