probably correct, though that seems to be developing into the consensus right now.

the election mess aside, there have again been lots of warnings out...we now get at least ten per day, a relentless stream of steadily worsening fundamental news. looks to me like the economy is falling off a cliff, and that's not yet priced in.

Based on your read I'm thinking of reloading on USPIX this afternoon. It makes as much sense as anything I've read thus far. I just don't see how yet another Bush rally (with a favorable USSC ruling) could be sustained for any length of time in the face of so many earnings warnings.
