On the Moderate's thread was a post with extensive information from a manufacturer. That's where I learned how reliable they really are without the loose chad...then the gal Saturday from an election commission on TV speaking of the law of the diminishing chad basically confirmed it. Again, she said as they fall off with repeated run-throughs, and then the count stabilizes. Course, if ya didn't punch it out at all, ya got no vote to count later. :P Dan B
