Sunday we were in t-shirts (but not a new SI one whine whine)with the top down. This morning it is 20 degrees. Friday we are supposed to be back to the mid 50s.
This is when everyone gets sick around here.
OUr houses have no insulation-- I have the thermostat on 80 and can only get the house to 65. Am guzzling coffee and have the space heater on my feet.

The snow tended to stay north of me, we only got a coupla inches. OTOH we had 14 hours of freezing rain that made a 2" layer of frozen slush. City officials are thrilled as our reservoirs are down 9 and 10 feet.

It's warmer in Chicago than it is here. 6 degrees up there. When I got the paper it was 5 and on the way home from taking Sue to work it dropped to 0, yep, no temperature at all. Now it's one lonely little degree.
