I have a tiny, feisty grandmother, too--with the last name of 'York.' She and my mom have driven each other crazy for over 45 years. Thank goodness they don't live together, or there might have been a homicide. Everyone outside the family says, "She's so....cute!" My dad escapes by playing the piano, and has been thought of by more than one as the most patient man alive. Re "Gladiator"--saw it the other night. It was obviously well-made, but disgusting in many ways. You couldn't pay me to watch it again. Even in Colorado, we were in shirt sleeves on Sunday.
