My daily cumulative (NYSE) TICK number for 12/12 was the lowest reached in the past month -- almost twice the numbers reached on 11/10, 11/20, 11/22, 11/28, or 11/30, which were some very weak days.

The number for the day was -21801!

The point is that considering this number, the selloff on the NYSE was rather modest, indicating that market is oversold. One could get hurt shorting. S&P has been knocked back at 1380 resistance a couple of times here, but BKX closed up near its high.

Which way do we go? You tell me. In the shortterm, I believe it's up.
