penny stocks are great for some...you can be poor and still buy a respectable amount of shares and then lose your money...the money losing crowd is naturally attracted to the smell of fresh money losing opoortunity, they can't help themselves, time to double down, or triple down.."If I can just win this one big I will be back to even" is the mantra.

COVD isn't going to turn around overnight. I believe DSL has a future and I'm still convinced COVD isn't going out of business.
