Has anyone here been playing the options market recently? Are the premiums higher because of volatility? I was just thinking that looking 6 months down the road, maybe options are a good way to play it.

Check out XMCOMX July 12.5 calls - up over 100% today.

Note and all, I would add USIX and EQIX to that short list of potential takeouts by FON. Island looks good on the prospects and I am very happy with the way all momentum plays are looking today. . . it leads me to believe that we could have some serious Holidility beginning next week and running through the end of the year. The same names I illustrated yesterday morning are the hottest ones for today. Harmawnik and especially our newest SAMs! Despite the brief recess in the larger cap techs. . . today is shaping up to be one of the best days yet. And the best part of all is that it is bringing back confidence to swing traders and positions traders!!

Do not underestimate the strength in the telecoms today. Look at WCOM, LU, T, VZ, etc. They are rallying hard ahead of the Supreme Court decision. This leads me to believe that a post decision rally could be fueled heavily by the one major sector that has been absent from all previous rallies. And remember that the major telecoms are the backbone of techs.

Watch that A/D line. Watch those Telecoms. Watch that volume. This is where the indication will be most reliable, in my opinion. Resist staring at the COMPX.

Best wishes,
