And Exxon has extracted MILLIONS of value from gasoline buyers. And they HAD to buy gas.

The daytraders didn't HAVE to buy anything. Who made daytraders buy LNUX above 300?? Where are the "class action" suits on LNUX??

Hundreds (600,700!) of dot.com equities are now at less than 10% of their high. Does each one deserve a "shareholder class action suit"? I examined Xcelera in January, and I refused to buy, even with 30% gains daily. I bought Conductus (CDTS) at 45, because they announced their product was a big boon to 3G wireless. The stock went to 92 on Feb 29. No one mentioned that for their announced product, even at full production, gross sales could not even top $5 million/year!
Once I realized that, I got out (at 35, as it went down).

Xcelera made only statements that the CAP buildout was progressing, and news to that effect. Why no suit on Conductus, but Xcelera instead?
