Hi Sabre! - not sure what timeframe you were referencing to. I thought FLSC wanted hand counts from every county with respect to just the undervotes. If that is the timeline, since Miami-Dade has already gone through that batch of ballots [before it stopped,] and time is of essence, that is no reason to recount them again. I thought it would be a expedient consideration to count fewer ballot in the hope of meeting the Dec 12th Safe Habor. Anyway, all that is moot. USSC has dropped the curtain. Everything is academic now :) Btw, interesting variations of sentiment from different canvassing board cnn.com best, Bosco
