CB--While it is pretty much a "moot" point now, is there anything in your readings that indicates electoral college votes can(cannot) be submitted after Dec.18?

I remember reading where HI in 1960 submitted their votes after Christmas...and they were still counted.

Really? Your law professor was Walker Percy's brother? If he was anything like Walker it must have been a fun and engaging class.

Gore might accept the Supreme Court ruling, but I wonder if some of those around him will. I bet he's urged by some to set up a government in exile.
