yep...like much of the so called 'analysis' that concentrates on 'how far off the highs' a stock is, as opposed to the value of the underlying business...

"Interesting parallel with those who chronicle the spiritual death spiral of American society... ie. comparative worth is now the norm." Like an Alaskan valley filled with ice, our guiding light in this country has drawn us almost imperceptibly yet inexorably to MORE....which, in a race such as this, is far more likely to leave us hollow than fulfilled. I suspect it may take a commensurate level of going without materially to shift our collective focus back to something less tangible.....but more inspiring. And I don't mean Santa Claus...:)
