the merged AOL/Time Warner entity perhaps, yes. but not while the merger isn't consummated yet...it could conceivably still fall apart.

i'm hearing, by way of rumor, that Anglo taking a big stake in GOLD may be the precursor to an elegant solution of their hedge book issue...they wouldn't have a problem if they succeed in taking over GOLD, as they could deliver into their hedges in no time, leaving ABX holding the hedge bag. like i say, just a rumor at this stage...
