TICK (on snyvale, perhaps elsewhere too) is way off.
no other quote srcs I have have TICK values even close to -800 or worse

Comstock was able to correct this problem remotely from their end. QC calculated symbols could still be affected as they based their calculations on the erroneous data during the affected time.
