Your statement was... And you, of course, take my statement completely out of context, assuming you can recognize context in the first place. If you remember as long ago as yesterday, the context was that conservatives are substituting all out political warfare for the actual combat. It was my hypothesis on why the conservative movement is so determined to win each issue at any cost to the body politic. In this context Vietnam was just a battle within the Cold War. TP
