Dave, I appreciate your efforts, but you have errors again in your statements... all covered here before...

Military votes were legal and should be counted... I am not asking for any exceptions not allowed by state/fed law...

The absentee ballots resulting from "assisted" applications are legal votes... the cure for this error has never been/never will be to throw out the votes...

As far as the rules for this election... you have to live with the rules of the game in place on Nov 7... not even proper to address an issue of "fairness"... that is for future legislative address.

As to your phrase "difficulty of sometimes reconciling the law with common sense and fairness" - I think the judiciary should exhibit common sense and fairness after staying within the boundaries given to them by our founding fathers... they need to get out of the creation business.

David

I wonder if most people see the inconsistencies here and the difficulty of sometimes reconciling the law with common sense and fairness? That is the struggle.

Who said the law and common sense ever had anything in common..lol.

The problem is that laws are made by lawyers. Most people that run for office are lawyers. So they write laws that are not clear. So they can argue either side of the law when they get kicked out of office..lol..
