If a standard were finally established and employed

The other critical issue in this case is that any standard that the courts might set is now a new way of doing things AFTER the election. The US Const. says we resolve election disputes based on standards that existed BEFORE the election. This is the other violation of US Const.

That's why I think the US SC will not set a standard and neither will it require another lower court to do what they don't think it should do. This would be making law, which the courts should not do, not the USSC or the FlaSC.
