"Let's just let the courts decide everything."

That is what the dems have decided is best. Bush won the 1st count, he won the mandatory re-count, he won when selective recounts were included 12 days after the original certification date, he won when two more groups of votes were added by the FL SC on 12-8-00, and he will win in the courts.

Problem is, the dems will still say he "stole" the election.
