The 5th and 14th Amendment arguments are so weak it's hard to believe they were even made. Every legal scholar I've seen on TV has all but laughed those arguments out of the room. The SC is really desperate for a way out that will let Bush be President. They are scum.

I don't believe those undervotes are legal votes. Even if they are, so was mine, which hasn't been counted in the same way. IOW, my vote for Bush was not counted but the guy in FLA's was. Not fair. Clear violation.

Let's see it the SC agrees with you or me. Be patient.

Sorry, but even if you use the standard where the "voter's intent is clear," you can't justify what's happened in Florida. Many, many ballots in Florida were counted that in no way met the standard by any credible definition of "clear".
