"Should ginsburg step down since she is a jew and loserman is a jew?" a) your wording is considered by folks who are Jewish to be derogatory...the correct wording would be "...since she is JEWISH", b) I never stated that Thomas should step down due to the fact that he is black, but rather based on the fact that he has a pretty serious conflict of interest here based on his wife's dealings....get a clue and please, please, please, no more racial, ethnic or religous screwups!
