The debate this whole country is discussing is politically motivated by there party. I have not heard or read one Constitutional Scholar that said "If the Florida Legislature votes they will be changing the rules after the election." I have heard many liberal using that though by tring to twist the conservatives agrument back on themselves.

What I've heard is that the Florida legislature is changing the rules after the election.

You heard wrong. The FL legislature is protecting the electors from the state of FL.

I know the Gore team would love to have them miss the dead line of today to appoint electors and win by default. Throwing out all 6 million of FL voters.
