Terry, I see you are referring to Demonte Associates. Cynthia Demonte was settled out almost immediately. She was named because of a comment on another thread she made that AZNT bounced a check to her company, which I am sure, given that AZNT and their CEO Michael Sylver have a rap sheet a mile long for not paying bills, was a "true and correct" statement. Nevertheless, to avoid legal fees, from what I'm told, Demonte just had to agree to not post on any AZNT thread, which, considering she had never done so before and never planned to do, was a no-brainer. - Jeff
