Yes, I believe also that would be a tough sale. A very tough sale. And, as you think also, probably another trip to the Supreme Court. Either that or some real wrangling when Congress meets to vote on the electors. I posted a few days ago that the coming battles would be horrendous. Still think so, unfortunately. If the Florida legislature proceeds with their plan, I really do believe it will do great harm to Bush in public opinion. Interesting too that the Fl. legislature has not yet actually done it - they seem to be waiting for the Supreme Court ruling. I'm just glad I'm not in any of their shoes.
