You really think the members of the Florida Legislature should get to vote twice for president? If the Florida Legislature does this, it won't help Bush's cause. It'll help pin him as the one who took the presidency without first wanting the votes counted.

It'll also be political suicide for most of those legislators, as right out of the gate when they run for reelection, half the state will oppose them. And it's hard to win like that.
