I find that difficult to credit, but what the heck: essentially, rule that the Florida Supreme Court has overreached, in its latest ruling, certainly, but also in its original ruling. Furthermore, determine the illegitimacy of manual recounts under the circumstances. Thus, go back to the vote after the second machine count, and including absentee ballots, to arrive at the certified total. The minimum would be to overturn the last decision, and return to the certified count already called by the Secretary of State........
