what the point and figure chart does not convey is the
the amount of time that has been spent in
what I think is FON's Basing pattern. It's interesting
that the P&F chart looks more challenging.

If that chart reflected say 3 weeks instead of 3 and 1/2
months with the stock under 30$, It would not
be as bullish. (Does that make any sense?)
