Paul: Re H&S: P.S. Don't know whether you ever look at $MSH - Morgan Stanley High Technology Index. This has most of the big-cap techs which would have to move if the NDX or COMPX are to move, so I like to look to MSH to confirm whatever I think is happening in the broader indexes. Currently, the MSH also shows a clear inverse H&S, which also seems to have broken out Friday/Monday ( you can see this pretty clearly on the daily chart). NOW - if we could ONLY get this election mess out of the way, we might see some action!! -- Henry
