Well, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned P/E since my post didn't discuss earnings.

Instead I was pointing out the strong revenue growth that the market is currently discounting. I thought it was important to point since we've been having similar discussions about SUNW for a number of years. 2 years ago, the market didn't want to give SUNW any credit for the future and the 'bear view' at that time was that SUNW should be given a valuation similar to the PC box makers (in the high teens or low 20s PE). Well, the theory was shot to hell by the strong performance of SUNW. Early this year, the valuation process was knocked for a loop because of all the capital available to the market. The FED's rate hikes took care of the excess capital and now valuations are dropping like stones in water. We know the market goes overboard in both directions, way too high and way too low.

I would suggest that SUNW is closer to the way too low (edit: area) but I'm sure others see it differently<gg>.

Good luck!

Beer Report.

Beer has been upgraded as we inched down 1/8 closer to the break point.

I will be schwabing the decks if I have to send you this case of bud.
