Right Bill - and besides ALL of the ballots being counted twice - SOME were even counted 3 or 4 times

"ALL the ballots have been counted. Twice." Only partially true. Is it not more accurately stated "all the ballots that can be counted by machine have been counted twice". Isn't the argument whether all ballots that cannot be machine tabulated should be looked at to see if the voter's intent was not to vote for a single presidential candidate?
