I'm counting on the SC to rule that "voter intent" is insufficient as a standard. Since there is no way of writing a new law to apply to this election, they will throw out any handcount and rule the machine count is the last word.

I think the stay over the weekend was essentially the decision, barring some sort of bizarre sequence of events. Not that we haven't already had a bizarre sequence of events.
