The judge is Clarence Thomas not his wife. Often a married couple can have an independent thought. If Justice Thomas thought he couldn't make an unbiased opinion he should and would recuse himself. The opinion of the court is supposed to be based on constitutional law. Not who they prefer for President. Jim
