I am coming to believe you do not understand exactly what the roles of each branch of the State of Florida with regards to this election, nor any part of what has gone on in each step. Florida determines, by vote and verification and certification of vote who gets the electors, the Supreme court is acting on objections from a federal standpoint as to how that is carried out with regards to our constitution, of course how the Supreme court rules is important, but what the Florida Legislature DOES is within the factual step by step procedure by which the election occurs, same as any citizen stepping up to vote. I recommend that you study the procedure of election and compare it to the legislative process by which this may be challenged or reviewed, beleive it or not these are two different things as I hope someday you will come to realize.
